Sunday School & Children's Programs
Children's Sunday School
For children ages 4 to 18.
Children aged 4 years through 5th grade meet in the Fellowship Hall at 9:15 am Sunday mornings, for opening ceremonies before dividing into smaller age groups.
Children 6th grade and above attend the teen class at the same time in the Youth Room.
Adult Sunday School
Adult classes are available.
The Drop In Class meets in the Library and the Bible Study Class meets in the Friendship Classroom. Both classes begin at 9:15 am.
New comers are welcome in both classes any Sunday!
Other Opportunities for Children
Nursery services are available during the 10:30 am worship service for infants up through 4 years old.
Kid's Praise Class is a short music and praise class that is also during part of the 10:30 am worship service. The class is offered during the school year for children age 5 through 14.
Both of the above begin right after the "Children's time" portion of the service.
Children's Christmas Pageant. Practice for the pageant begins in November during the Sunday School time and Kid's Praise class. The children perform during worship service one Sunday in December.
Other Opportunities for Teens
The Methodist Youth Fellowship group meets Sunday evenings for teen-centered activities. They also engage in worship adventures and community service projects throughout the year.
Other Opportunities for Adults
Women's Bible Study. This group meets once a week for a 6 to 12 week focused study. We are currently using Beth Moore materials and meet on Thursdays at 6:30 pm in the Vision Room (part of the Sanctuary).
Other Bible Study Groups. Various Bible Study groups are organized based on interest. We currently are hosting a Parenting course on Wednesday nights at a private residence and are getting ready for an Old Testament study. You can call the church office at 428-4211 for more information.
